I am also an author, real estate investor, serial entrepreneur, mom of a special needs son, Nashville Natural Hair Expo Founder, and cancer survivor.

My achievement mindset began to shift in 2014, when I came to the realization that I was going through the motions of life, doing what I had to do to survive, but I hadn't achieved my most fulfilling goals. I read the books, made the lists(and lists, and lists...) and knew enough to get started, but I was stuck...stuck in the loop of losing motivation, getting overwhelmed, putting it off, not prioritizing properly and just not getting it done.
All the while, I was literally working as a Goal Achievement Professional! As a PMP certified Project Manager, I was helping hundreds of business owners reach their goals day in and day out, week by week, month by month. I realized that I could use the same tools and techniques to reach my personal, financial and professional goals. Using these tools, I rebuilt my credit, eliminated debt, bought a home, founded the Nashville Natural Hair Expo and started this business.
